The living room opens out via dual bi-fold cedar doors to patio decking and both sun-drenched serenity and shade cloth options. Enjoy the casual Aussie eating courtesy of a large BBQ with a cold beer or glass of wine. Soak in the hot tub in gorgeous surrounds with Balinese aura while you watch the sunset and wind down for the night. 

The sleep set up is flexible and luxurious. Accommodation options are endless. The 3 large bedrooms can sleep up to 8 in total comfort. Upstairs, atop an exquisite timber clad staircase made of old railway sleepers, is an enormous parents retreat or romantic couple escape with lavish ensuite and generous walk-in robes. The space is appointed with sumptuous linen on a queen bed, large screen TV and a great view with ocean glimpses.  Downstairs you have the choice of two double bedrooms both with built in robes. Bedroom Two has four bunks and Bedroom Three overlooking the picturesque front garden has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a luxury king bed. The fully enclosed native landscaped gardens provide relaxed ambiance and the sounds of bird life that greet you in the morning are the perfect touch to the natural bush setting. The house is ideally suited to couples wanting a romantic luxury getaway or families (one or two) with children who will enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens, outdoor spa and back patio. The property is fully enclosed on a quiet street so parents can relax without a worry in the world.   Outdoors includes a large powered work shop, table tennis, double car port and can accommodate parking for caravan or boat.  Only 15 minutes walk and 2 mins by car to pristine white sandy beaches is the best of all worlds.
